Chuyên viên Pháp Lý

Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide legal support related to the company’s operations and its overseas subsidiaries (Australia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S., etc.).
Handle administrative procedures related to business licenses and legalization of documents in accordance with the company’s international business operations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the company’s business activities.
Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Provide legal advice, identify and assess business risks; represent or coordinate with government authorities when necessary.

Experience in international investment and registration procedures.
Prior experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Legal Consulting companies is an advantage.
Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in commercial or corporate law, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and positive attitude.
Strong research, analytical, and legal interpretation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5)
