Chuyên Viên Phát Hành & Tiếp Thị Phim - CINEMA DISTRIBUTION & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• Negotiate with cinema distributors to secure the release date for films.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for each film release.
• Update and maintain box office data in the cinema database for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Review and approve localized feature films to maintain quality before finalization by the LAB.
• Request film materials from the Acquisition team.
• Coordinate and follow up on the censorship process to ensure timely approval.
• Draft, review, and finalize distribution contracts with cinema distributors and SML.
• Collaborate with the distribution team and LAB to develop and finalize the cinema distribution plan.
• Obtain the rate card and cinema booking list from cinema distributors.
• Collect and analyze reports from cinema distributors and marketing agencies.
• Request marketing plans, budgets, and logistics budgets from cinema distributors.
• Submit localization order forms to the LAB for processing.
• Monitor and track the film release plan, including showtimes, marketing materials, and promotional activities.

• Basic understanding of film distribution and marketing strategies in Vietnam.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media trends, and promotional campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• 2- 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment, film, or media industry.
Skills & Competencies:
• Understanding of social media management, influencer marketing, and paid ad campaigns.
• Ability to analyze audience engagement and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to assist in content creation for social media, press releases, and promotional materials.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to support multiple film marketing projects.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Photoshop) and video editing software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and social media management tools.
