Mô tả công việc

- Develop and edit training materials and tests for IELTS, communication, and business English courses;
- Assist the planning, developing, implementing, and revision of curricula in order to maintain the best practices;
- Assist teacher with training on new curriculum materials;
- Monitor ongoing feedback related to curriculum materials to ensure adherence to standards;
- Build up reference materials for teachers and students;
- Seek and experiment with innovative approaches to teach English to stay agile in an industry of change;
- Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Educational Consultants, Course Coordinators, etc.) in their operations and projects related to curriculum materials.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree and certificate: Bachelor’s Degree in English Education or Applied Linguistics.
- Experience:
+ Have extensive experience in teaching English is a must.
+ Have at least one-year experience in the same position or more than 3 years in working with students as a teacher, curriculum developer, trainer, or coordinator.
- Skills and Values:
+ Have strong research and analysis skills using various methods including survey/evaluation tools, Internet, and reference materials;
+ Be passionate about education and curriculum development;
+ Be dedicated and able to work under pressure;
+ Be organized, creative, flexible and open to challenges;
