Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Sinh Kế Cộng Đồng - Livelihood for Community Specialist

Handle the following tasks:

• Collaborate with government and non-government organizations to find and support enterprises and farmers
• Support to build the product quality system for business households.
• Monitor the production process of business households.
• Develop and maintain co-operative with local government, trade promoting agencies and trade development organization.
• Develop value chain, improve competencies and capabilities of SMEs.
• Follow up and monitor supplier development roadmap; improve supplier performance in coherence with company and department strategic objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Developing co-operative relationship with local government and trade promoting agencies.

• Building co-operative relationship with government and trade promoting agencies.
• Attend trade promoting events, conferences and seminars.
• Organize seminars and trade promoting as per request of company.

Mentor and develop local suppliers or farmers.

• Setup target by catergories for each suppliers with clear plan on technical supports, timeline to improve on existing products and innovation plan on new products.
• Follow up on performance, analysis results to adjust where necessary for optimum performance.
• Aligh with relevant departments to make these growth vis improve on suppliers facilities, product quality and competitiveness.
• Participate in the process to build industry standards such HACCP, ISO, G.A.P where necessary.
• Solve any issues relating to products quality and in charge of annual suppliers audit.

Report and other missions

• Ability to write a comprehensive reports, using facts and data to draw final conclusions.
• Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE

• Education: University degree in Biology, Food technology
• Experience: Professional experience in Agriculture Products Quality management, Livelihood Project Management
• Attitude: Analytic, Synthetic spirit, Dynamic and convincing, curious, hard-worker, and takes initiatives
• Language: English 
• Computers skills : Microsoft Office
