Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Bộ Phận Cắt (May Mặc) | Cutting Executive

As a Cutting Executive, you will directly report to Senior Executive - Cutting and indirectly report to Operational Manager.
You will have responsibility for:
- Monitoring, executing daily cutting plan by utilizing cutting capacity & resources effectively in order to meet the department goals and strategies.
- Develop multi skills among the team.
- Managing entire cutting department in effective and efficient manner.
- Ensuring the effective utilization of cutting department capacity by executing the cutting plan and WIP monitoring system with the objectives of maintain Cutting to production WIP and Budgeted VS actual cut q’ty comparisons.
- Ensure & execute the embellishment plans in order to meet the production demand as planned and make sure embellishment process are aligned to production demand or pull system.
- Working with internal departments such as Fabric stores/Lab/Merchandizing/PDC/Production and outside parties such as Machinery service providers ex: Lectra/Gerber and Sub contractors Ex: Printers/Molding.
- Ensuring the effective machinery utilization in terms of output, Spreading Speed and Cutting Machines utilization. Therefore it’s a requirement of maintain records of those activities and guide fellow team members towards targets in effective manner.
- Internal embellishment such as Heat seal, embroidery etc; to plan effectively with best quality.

- Diploma in clothing industry or diploma in management with at least 6 years working experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under high pressure environment.
- IT Literacy
- Leadership skills
- Excellent team Player;
- Ability of working on shift operations as per the business requirement
- Good communicational skills in English and Vietnamese
- Degree in clothing industry or degree in management with at least 4 years working experience;
- Self-motivated
