PAM is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with GMS partners including vendors, sales partners, implementation partners and consultants. PAM’s goal is to foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships between GMS and partners to drive business success.
PAM responsibilities are as following:
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to ensure effective collaboration and profitable working relationships.
Communication: Keeping partners informed about changes in solutions, services and other relevant information. Acting as a liaison between GMS and partners. Organise partner meetings to discuss any issues and updates. Work with partners in pipeline review and management activities. Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies that align with the overall goals of both GMS and partners.
Conflict Resolution: Addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise between GMS and partners. Resolving disputes and ensuring a positive working relationship.
Business Review: Participate in Gimasys business review and revenue forecasting activities: Work with different Gimasys’s SBU to develop business strategies & plan in accordance with partner’s business requirements and criteria. Review and revise Gimasys’s SBU business plans based on partner needs.
Identify and develop new business opportunities: finding new partners or expanding existing partnerships.
Training and Enablement: Providing partners with the necessary training and resources to effectively market, sell, and support GMS solutions or services.
Negotiate and agree on business terms: includes partnership model,pricing model and other conditions for the partnership.
Sales Support: Assisting partners in understanding GMS’s solutions and services, providing training, and helping them with sales strategies to maximise revenue.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking the performance of partners in terms of sales, market share, and other relevant metrics. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance partner performance.
Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration or business development.
Team Collaborations
- With GMS’s Delivery team, Marketing, Sales teams & Partner to achieve revenue goals.
- With HR team to ensure the training activities for Gimasys employees meets the Partner’s requirements for delivery service.
- With Sales/ Sales Admin team to update Partner’s sales strategy, promotion program, committed sales target, sales commission program…
Maintain and upgrade tiers: Review periodically business results & KPI, propose initiatives/adjustment to SBU & Partner to maintain or upgrade tiers.
