Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Saturday
Location: Xuyen A Industrial Park, My Hanh Bac ward, Duc Hoa district, Long An province, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- 6S Implementation: Responsible for deploying and maintaining 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) standards in the warehouse.
- Cross- functional Coordination: Foster collaboration between departments and support logistics systems; streamline information sharing and problem- solving within a closed- loop asset management system to enhance operational efficiency.
- Inbound – Outbound – Inventory Management: Handle bulk goods receipt and storage; process returned items from other departments; accurately document all inventory transactions; ensure timely and accurate item dispatch based on approved requests; perform regular stocktakes to reconcile actual stock vs. system records.
- Material Reconciliation: Carry out reconciliation of materials under management; promptly submit receipt/issue slips and handle daily returns.
- Asset Tag Management: Maintain accurate records, generate and affix asset tags, and ensure consistency among physical assets, tags, and inventory records.
- Incident Handling: Take charge of resolving unexpected issues related to asset and material management in a timely and effective manner.
- Asset Handling: Responsible for inspecting, receiving, issuing, returning, and transferring physical assets/materials. Ensure all incoming items match operational requirements and are suitable for actual use.
Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with asset and material management, supply chain processes, and inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in manufacturing, logistics, or e- commerce sectors.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, material, or asset management.
- Education: College or higher
- Skills (preferred):
Problem- solving mindset with process improvement capabilities.
Strong communication and interdepartmental collaboration skills
Detail- oriented with good organizational and monitoring abilities
