Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Vận Hành (May Mặc)

- Ensure & monitor the smooth production and shipment.
- Ensure & monitor the smooth flow of binding materials to the orders as per the plan.
- Ensure to prepare all reports related to sub contact process,
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role as and when requested by the management.
- Ensure the smooth material flow to outside sub- contractors in order to meet the sub contract plan.

• Attention of detail: Legally and operationally sound , Daily production follow up and address to suppliers.
• Quality & Production knowledge
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external subcontract teams
• Good command of English & Vietnamese (both written and verbal)
• 3- 4 years of handling subcontract operation garment. Product knowledge – Swim wear/ Active wear /Sports wear
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze the performance metrics.
• MS office suite: word , excel, power point knowledge
• Degree , Supplier chain , Administration , Logistic
• SAP knowledge as added advantage of the position.
• Negotiation skills : ability to negotiate favorable terms and condition with sub- contractors.
