Coordinate with teachers, team leaders, and head teacher to gather feedback and continuously improve content quality.
Plan, design, and develop instructional materials that align with ESL, IELTS, and Cambridge curriculum standards.
Conduct regular review and quality assurance of teaching materials for accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
Map curricula, sequence lessons, and prepare teaching syllabi that ensure logical progression and skill integration.
Collaborate with the academic team to update materials in line with curriculum or exam changes.
Provide training or orientation sessions for teachers on the effective use of developed materials.
Maintain a digital and physical library of teaching resources, ensuring easy access and version control.
Create and review mock tests, practice activities, and assessment rubrics to evaluate student progress.
Standardize teaching materials across programs and ensure alignment with CEFR levels and institutional learning goals.
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Degree, Certificate:
TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or TEFL certification preferred for non- education graduates.
C1 level or its equivalent of English proficiency will be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any related field.
Knowledge and experience:
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in ESL, IELTS, and Cambridge English programs (KET, PET, FCE, CAE).
Experience teaching a variety of learner levels and age groups (children, teens, and adults).
Skills and competencies:
Familiarity with CEFR standards and principles of language assessment and test design.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, logically thinking and reasonable
Proven ability in curriculum planning, lesson sequencing, and material development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
