Responsibilities:
Track KPIs, report sales performance, and propose strategies for market expansion.
Communicate professionally in English through emails, LinkedIn messages, and virtual meetings to understand clients’ needs and propose suitable solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and after- sales support.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks for clients.
Research, approach, and maintain relationships with potential clients from international markets (US, Europe, Australia, Singapore, etc.).
Present and promote the company’s IT outsourcing services (web/mobile development, dedicated teams, software solutions, etc.).
Requirements:
Experience in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or technology sales is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Strong English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or fluent in international working environments).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or cold email outreach is a strong plus.
Self- driven, result- oriented, and eager to learn in a fast- paced environment.
