- Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and growth.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with our online community, influencers, and brand advocates.

8:30 AM- 6:00 PM (or 9:00 AM- 6:30 PM) Monday to Friday

- Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2- 3 years of proven experience with digital B2C products in the global market, managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Experience particularly in the music or edtech context, is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook / X / Discord /...), algorithms, and trends.
