Chuyên Viên Staff

- Manage crowders to ensure effective operation by following crowder’s performance; support, encourage and remind them to improve their performance day by day.
- Collaborate with Team Leader to choose and assign crowders for new projects if suitable.
- Encourage new comers to join training days, practice and do tasks on My Crowd.
- Retain crowders by inspiring crowders to perform tasks and encourage existing crowders to keep going on other projects if their projects finish.
- Update and inform updates from crowders to management sections.
- Run their own community by manage new comers, guide them all steps from before to after attending My Crowd and explain all inquiries.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to understand about general working process and requirements of specific projects.
- Create training contents and choose suitable training manners to ensure people who join My Crowd can understand the tasks thoroughly.

- Welcome freshers or candidates having 01 year or more experience of training field.
- Good communication in English.
- Proactive, be able to work independently with high pressure
- Good ability in analysis and evaluation.
- Have strong mentor skill and communicating skill, especially able to communicate well with all levels and with different backgrounds.
- Bachelor degree in any fields.

- Instructed detailly about My Crowd and working process by team leaders and other supporters.

- Working time: 8:00-17:00 from Mon-Fri, no OT
