Job Description:
- Understand best practices for social media, web, and email including how to create successful, engaging design for each platform.
- Conceptualize Campaign vision, harness original graphics, copy, website, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Manage quality of visual products.
- Independently lead visual projects as assigned by Manager.
- Get feedback and evaluation from the internal team and partners to enhance visual services.
- Comply with standard working process, defined project working plan, communication, feedback, and reporting rules.
- Develop & create attractive designs for both print and digital media, including leaflet/ POP A4- A5/ Standee, social media and advertising on Facebook, Google, other media channels with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the internal team.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and design expertise.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek feedback to refine designs and improve performance.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
