Chuyên viên Thu mua (International Buyer)

We are seeking a skilled Purchase/Buyer to join our team for international trade operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, proficiency in English (professional level), and preferably French (although not mandatory). Sales skills are highly valued, along with knowledge or experience in the retail industry.

Sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods.
Prospecting markets and assessing supplier capabilities.
Building relationships with suppliers and vendors, including communication with international buyers.
Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and placing orders.
Ensuring compliance with regulations and managing claims/litigation.
Collaborating with stakeholders, providing support, and ensuring procedural adherence.

Knowledge or experience in the retail industry highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment with keen attention to detail.
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in international trade.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (professional level), with proficiency in French being advantageous.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of driving favorable outcomes.
Sales skills beneficial for relationship building and opportunity identification.
