Attend training workshops, exhibitions, fairs and relevant events
Handle customer issues; get support from superiors if necessary
Be interpreter for department seminars & support school partners at fairs
Make sure the student folder filed with appropriate and enough documents
Liaise with overseas schools on student application and issues
Conduct customer service after sales: build up supporter network and strengthen relationship with students
Do telesales
Give counselling to customers in person, on phone and by email
Have excellent knowledge in terms of product and functional knowledge
Get to know and update overseas study market, competitors and other related education organizations frequently
Follow up student study pathway with schools
Make sure the working area neat and tidy
Conduct visa training and program orientation
Complete school application and visa application
Be leaders for summer course program
Support CM on assigned tasks

- Problem solving, capability building. creativity
- Computer: Excellent at MS- Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, explanation and customer orientation
- Prefer and have an advantage if you have knowledge about oversea study consulting in Australia, US, UK, Canada or New Zealand (around 01 year of experience).
- Team work, communication, cooperation
- Language: Excellent English (4 skills)
- Other requirements: Right mind- set, in good health condition, active, quick adapt skill and flexible.
- University Degree, preferably those who have studied abroad.
