Research and identify market trends and opportunities, collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to create New Service Model based on Market trend and New technology.Involve in Proposal and Quotation making process.
Assist Directors and BODs to track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market.
Develop and communicate strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies to relevant business units.
Join Client meeting with Sales/ Client Success team to gather and verify business needs, gather requirements and provide consultation to Client.
Build and maintain strong, long- lasting client relationships with client to expand new projects.
Research and develop various solutions to case studies and service models.
Analyze situations and identify needs of new and existing Client to propose Solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Design core solution to address client’s business needs.
Educate stakeholders to understand the concept of TCV&039;s new services.
Complete all reporting activities accurately and on time.
Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads.
Study and localize Group’s Service Model to Vietnam Market.
Produce regular and ad- hoc research papers / reports on business development and market landscape.
Analyze Client’s request to come up with the right strategies, assign tasks to internal resources to develop services model and proposal.
Other tasks as assigned by Division Director and BODs

Education: bachelor’s degree.
Business- level Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2).
Experience in BA, Market research & Consulting (especially CX consulting, DX consulting,
Age: 24 to 32.
Fluent written and Spoken English (equivalent to IELTS 7.5).
Management & Business Consulting) for at least 2 years.Required skill:- Microsoft Office (Advanced Power Point, Excel)- Project Management Skill, Task Allocation- Logical and critical thinking, Analytics skill,Attention to details, Problem solving, Decision- Making Skills, Managerial Skills- Presentation, Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
Familiar with B2B Global business environment.
