- Process end-to-end recruitment needs
- Liaise with hiring manager needs and expectations
- Create strategic talent pipelines for future on-boarding
- Maintain tracking of vacancies
- Responsible for maintenance of internal recruitment database (records of candidates and outcomes throughout the process)
- Start finding suitable candidates from all sources
- Interview candidates, create candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports
- Build up good relationship with potential talented candidates for any co-operation in the future
- Knowing and understanding the job description of all positions
- Induction/orientation for new starters
- Follow up newcomers after recruitment to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment.
- Insure relationships with key accounts and superior talents
- Motivating employees to grow within the company.
- Build employer branding
- Performing other duties as assigned by the management.

- Excellent performance in recruitment (at least 6+ years )
- Have experience in recruiting in-house
- Understand market labor & recruitment process
- Experience in sales, services, real estate, finance, insurance field is a plus
- Good communication in Vietnamese & English
- Mature, self-confident, sociable
- Positive working attitude and able to influence others
