We are hiring a Senior Recruiter that conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.

Support special projects as required
Coordinates and executes recruitment activities under the supervision of supervisor
Executes pre- screening and/or final phone/face- to- face interviews for designated position and supports all parties concerned with the assessment
Maintains a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need including Internship Programs, Trainee Programs, etc.
Maintains and updates applicant and employee data within the department’s operational software systems.
Maintains recruiting networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees

Have at least 3 year of experience as an IT Recruiter
Must be technology savvy and proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
There is a large amount of candidate data for senior positions in the IT field such as: Senior Dev, PM, Techlead, BrSE, Sales IT, IT Comtor, Japanese BA....
Good communication in Japanese/Eng is an advantage.
Having experience working at Japanese IT companies is an advantage
Understand and use recruitment channels well, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, Linkedin, Top CV, Vietnamwork, ITviec...
Must be willing to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Have good communication, negotiation, persuasion, work management, analysis and evaluation skills.
Have a lot of experience recruiting for middle/senior level positions and above, preferably experience recruiting IT jobs in Japan and have knowledge about the labor market in Japan.
