Planning work
- Personal work planning: by week/ month/ quarter/year based on tasks and KPIs that being assigned ..
- Perform reports and individual KPIs sent to management level.
Performing professional work
- Participate in card and digital banking product deployment projects;
- Work with E- banking partners and card software partners in checking and fixing error;
- Make reports as required.
- Monitor online transactions and payment gateways;
- Check card and digital banking transaction reports to ensure data matching;
- Receive, check and fix errors in card transactions and E- banking transactions;
- Perform card/ PIN issuance, manage card and PIN quantity.
- Compare and settle card transactions, E- banking transactions with domestic and international card organizations and E- banking partners;
- Support business units in daily operation of card & digital banking services;
- Strictly comply with the principles and procedures of operating the card system in accordance with the bank’ regulations, domestic and international card organizations;
Other
- Gather ideas in card service, E- banking services related solutions to improve the efficiency in card management and issuance in IVB .
- Perform other duties as assigned by department head.

Experience, professional knowledge
- At least 1 year working experience in Card or Digital banking field
- Have a university or higher degree in economics, finance and banking
- High professionalism and being dynamic in work with proactive attitude
- Have knowledge about products and professions of card service or E- banking services
- Having experience in card credit management is a plus
Skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Communication skill
- English: TOEIC at least 600 points or equivalent. Preferable for proficient English.
- Media skills: Using means of media effectively
- Presentation skill
