Supervise, make sure and improve MOP/ SOP is followed correctly.
Assist Operation Manager in operating and corporate governance.
Conducting retail audits for Warehouses in the network.
Supporting and managing 3PLs strategy implementation.
Organizing and managing fulfillment operations in the warehouse of Mekong Delta.
Ensure local 3PLs operation running efficiently and follow the group blueprint
Creating, managing and improving operational flows.

College/Bachelor degree.
At least 1 years of working experience, preferably in operation/administration.
Conversational English.
Good at analyzing data is preferred
