Project Contract 6 months for this Position

Current law:- Directly compile professional documents and prepare reports and synthesize data as required by management.
Review the appropriateness and logic of documents before submitting them to the HOD for approval.
Guide and support the Departments to release documents to relevant units.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Make a review plan Control, check compliance.
Coordinate and support the Departments in reviewing, developing, and promulgating regulations and professional procedures in accordance with the Company&039;s regulations.
Control and update documents on the Company&039;s management system, ensuring the validity of documents.
Support the implementation of building and updating the Company&039;s structure to the Departments, including Organizational structure, Functions and tasks, Personnel allocation; ...

Establish and operate working procedures. Plan, identify, and evaluate system risks and unit plans.
University graduate (full- time) or higher in related fields
At least 03 years of experience in a similar position
Have skills in teamwork and independent research.
Having knowledge of SOP standards and experience in implementing and building SOP document systems is an advantage.
Proficient in English
Working in high pressure. Honest, careful, and highly responsible.
