Chuyên Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu Kiêm Thu Mua / Import-Export And Purchasing Specialist

Contact the service company to receive and confirm booking for Im/export shipments;
Set production norms and prepare origin certification procedures for each shipment;
Working with relevant departments and Service companies to resolve arising issues (if any);
Track the status of purchase/ imported goods to ensure alignment with production plans;
Provide information/cooperation with service providers for customs declaration/ review declarations and related paperwork;
Monitor and support the export of goods until the goods are on board the ship;
Other tasks will be discussed during the interview.
Update and maintain the document information system accurately and completely;
Make monthly/annual reports, summarize data for BOMs, ensure data consistency with related departments;
Making the contracts, payment proposals and related documentation for overseas purchases;
Manage transactions with international suppliers and solve related issues
Search and contact new suppliers to meet specific requirements;
Check and confirm the debt notices for forwarders, customs, and courier;
Receive information from relevant departments/Production Manager, check the accuracy of goods, P.O, style as well as identifying the import/export type code;
Store and manage import and export documents in accordance with Company regulations;
Check and confirm the shipping documents for export/import shipments;

Reading/writing English at an intermediate level, able to communicate in English;
05 years of working experience in a similar position in Manufacturing and Export companies;
Capable of working independently and experienced in using ECUS software;
Problem- solving, time management, teamwork skills;
Experienced in international purchasing;
Graduated from College/University in related fields;
Email writing skills, office computer skills especially excel;
Comprehensive knowledge of import- export tax policies for export processing enterprise, taxable and tax- exempt entities, tax calculations, and exemptions.
