CI Manager

Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Lead initiatives that integrate Lean manufacturing, throughout the facility, using continuous improvement (CI) tools such as Kaizen events, 5S, Six Sigma, OEE, mistake proofing, etc. to reduce waste, optimize capital assets, and improve throughput.
- Identify, remove, and minimize the impact of manufacturing opportunities through waste elimination, increased capacity, improved efficiency, improved logistics, and reduced complexity.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Project Management:
- Coordinate cross- functional teams to execute improvement initiatives and achieve project goals.
- Lead continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on the progress and impact of continuous improvement projects.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track performance metrics and identify trends.
Training and Development:
- Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Develop training materials for Lean processes and principles, as well as other training materials as necessary.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to generate ideas and solutions for process enhancements.
- with department heads and team leaders to understand their challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Innovation and Best Practices:
- Benchmark best practices and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in continuous improvement methodologies.
Scope of Responsibility
- Take care of all operational continuous improvement in all business divisions: Cut and Sew, Casegood, Bedding, and Plastic.

Education
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence roles.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross- functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- More than 7 years of experience in Lean/ CI/ Production
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control tools.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt).
