This position will oversee the business development process within the school and the company to promote its longevity. Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners to maintain client relationships and monitoring market trends to develop new business ventures.
Attending school events/ activities.
Updates potential and current customers onto the customer management system, makes sure that the information is collected correctly and completely.
Forward parents’ comments/requests to relevant offices.
Regularly reports about admission status.
Other tasks assigned by management (translation, support other offices in school events).
Receives potential customers via email, Facebook, text message, introduction, and takes care of customers as guided in the admission procedure.
Incorporates with other CIS departments to make sure the facilities are ready for customers&039; event at MLC.
Update weekly activities to relevant departments to support students’ activities.
Assists parents in filling the application forms.
Be responsible for the assigned admission targets.
Act as the support for other areas within the Admissions team, providing cover for the Admissions and Customer Service team lead during absences and extra support in busy periods.
Termly report on new students, numbers of students needed to enroll according to target, numbers of booking for assessment tests... and asked by management.
Support other departments to contact parents (e.g. re- enrollment confirmation, fees payment reminding).
Incorporates with staff from other departments to make sure that students are in the best care.
Consults customers about MLC programs and services.
Convinces prospective customers choose the MLC for reasons consistent with their needs.
Records all students&039; documents during the enrollment process
Monitor, record paperwork relating to the processing of comments from parents.
Receives feedback and contributions from parents and contacts the relevant departments to address parent feedback.
Consults potential parents and students about the programs and service of MLC, recognizes each student’s needs to give focused consulting which help parents choose suitable sports for the student.
Regularly update information onto the management system and shared files.
Follow- up with interested parents to make sure that parents are well- informed with MLC news and promotions.
Assists customers in contacting relevant departments to complete necessary steps for enrollment /booking service(accounting, coaches, academic services, etc.)
