Conception and planning
As part of the expansion team you are responsible for drawing initial sketches for projects. You adapt and put in place the Decathlon Vietnam concepts.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY
You ensure the maximum productive area in leased premise
You secure the concept designs are well implemented on construction designs
Concepts (Experience store, logistics, Connect stores, new retail formats)
You ensure the feasibility study is properly completed before the investment committee meeting
You ensure the floor plan works properly
You guarantee a “quality” environment
You ensure Decathlon ratios are respected
You reflect the lessons learned on each project for the next one
You co-ordinate the designs in between expansion and construction departments
You check the works on site
You guarantee projects’ validation in the country investment committee meeting
You actively reduce operating costs
You manage 3rd party design office and contractors
- You get the local concept adaptation validated
- You adapt the concept to local norms

REQUIREMENTS
You have managerial skills
You are well organized
You are master the essential software AutoCAD, photoshop and SketchUp
You like working on the ground
You have no obstacle to travel
You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
You are a good communicator, convincing and persuasive person
You are sportive
You have good sense of service and taste for teamwork
You are trained architect with minimum 5-7 years experience in design office or on site. Retail experience is a plus
