• Create 3D Tekla Structures model and generate 2D drawings/ documents from 3D model for civil/steel detailing, with some instruction from more senior engineer
• Complete the assigned work independently within the agreed budget and schedule with quality as required
• Participate and support training, career development activities, and assessments to improve engineering competencies
• Identify project scope or design changes, or other issues which could adversely affect project cost or schedule, promptly to the Lead Engineer
• Apply relevant international design codes as well as company tools, procedures, guideline following project requirements with few guidance as needed.
• Give technical guidance to less experienced engineers, or review their product as needed during project execution
• Provide budget estimation based on available input
• Lead a group of detailing engineers up to 5 to deliver assigned works and meet project requirement
• Communicate internally within the team and other teams to ensure the quality maintained throughout project including technical coordination with other parties within the thyssenkrupp organization
• Feedback, give initiatives or work with other teams on specific initiatives to increase the productivity and efficiency of specific task or for the whole team.
• Any other task as instructed by the line manager.

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or relevant Engineering subjects
• Familiar with heavy industrial plant, steel workshop fabrication,steel erection, site civil works
• Able to read and write reports and technical documents in English
• Be able to work independently without instruction from superior
• Able to conduct a simple technical discussion in English
• Minimum 1 year of experience at construction/site/on-shore
• Have experiences in concrete/ steel modelling/ drawings
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant field
• Familiar with IT applications like TEKLA, AutoCad, MS Office
• Able to conduct on-job training
