Civil Team Leaders (Civil 3D/Microstation/12D preferred)

Proactively identify and resolve issues, providing recommendations to senior project members as needed.
Assist in proposal preparation, cost estimate and manage contracts.
Lead and mentor a team of 4+ engineers and technical staff across multiple projects, fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Lead detailed design efforts for large- scale infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, and transportation systems.
Ensure project quality by thoroughly reviewing digital and physical drawings while adhering to Atlas TAP and QMS procedures.
Resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively to meet project milestones.
Perform additional tasks as required to support project and organizational objectives.
Allocate resources efficiently while ensuring adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) protocols.
Oversee the civil design, modelling and documentation scope of multiple projects, managing planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery to meet client expectations.
Develop and review civil systems, including BIM modeling, drawings, schedules, specifications, calculations, and related tasks.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, participate in project meetings, and support contract negotiations.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

Sc., or above in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proficiency with BIM platforms: Navisworks, InfraWorks, BIM 360, Revizto, Trimble Connect.
Experience with medium to large- scale infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, transportation systems, water systems, or urban development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reports.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Civil 3D, 12D, Bluebeam , Or Microstation.
Track record in international regulatory environments. (eg. UK, AU).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Minimum 6 years of experience in structural modeling and documentation with at least (2) years in project coordination & management.
Proven ability to lead medium- sized teams on medium to large- scale projects.

Other Requirements:
Technical Knowledge:

Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles, international codes, and standards (Eurocodes, AASHTO, ASTM, AS).
Knowledge in construction and design/drafting standards, regulations, and specifications of offshore civil engineering projects (rail, municipal, transportation, land development, water)
Proficiency in constructability reviews and modelling / drafting.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Skilled in mentoring and task delegation.
Experience in leading a single team of 6+ engineers and technical staff.

Project Management

Ability to manage civil modeling, planning, budget and execution effectively.
Detail- oriented approach to ensure deliverable accuracy and QA/QC adherence.

Client Relationship Management:

Proficient in addressing client feedback and aligning deliverables.
Capable of representing the team in client discussions.
