Class Manager - Quản lý lớp học (Tiếng Anh)

ELITOPIA Academy is seeking to employ Class Managers who perform various tasks to ensure an effective learning environment for students at all levels.
ELITOPIA Academy, which started in Manila in the year 2010, actively reflects the ever- changing trends in the English education field through continuous curriculum developments and educational service innovations. Elitopia Academy is by far the leading English learning academy for K- 12 Korean students in the Philippines and Vietnam.
Class Manager is responsible for overall management of classes and students, including but not limited to:

Facilitate computer- based and online tests for students.
Collaborate with foreign teachers to ensure careful preparation for each class.
Contribute to assessments, collate reviews and write reports as necessary.
Instruct new students in learning methods and learning materials.
Work with Customer Service Officers to maintain good relationships with parents and ensure learning targets are shared between home and academy.
Assess, record and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.

Academy address: 3rd Floor, Keangnam Landmark Tower, Pham Hung, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi
Working hours:

Saturday: 10:00AM to 4:00PM
Monday- Friday: 1:00PM to 10:00PM

At least 2 years of full- time employment experience in any field
Strong problem- solving mindset, detailed- oriented, diligent, and energetic
Passionate about education
Proficient in Google Sheet- Docs- Drive and basic ICT
Graduated from an accredited university with proficient English skills.
