Clearance Broker

Working Time: 44 hours per week, depending on business requirements. Off 1.5 day/ week
Morning: 6AM- 3PM,Evening:1PM- 10PM, Night: 9.30 PM –6.30 AM, Day shift: 8AM- 5PM
Work Location: Noi Bai Airport- Tầng 4, Ga hàng hóa ALS, Cảng hàng không Quốc tế Nội Bài, xã Phú Minh, huyện Sóc Sơn, TP. Hà Nội.
Job Responsibilities:

Resolve customs- related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any clearance issues
Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, declare customs declaration form and determine duty rates and tax liabilities.
Handle end- to- end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and trade compliance
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC
Strong interpersonal and problem- solving skills
Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with strong accuracy & attention to detail
Proficiency in customs clearance software and online customs portal
Customs professional certificate issued by Customs Department is preferrable
At least 2 years of work experience in Customs
