Job Purpose:
Working under the Pharmacy Support & Commercialization director, the Client Business Management team (Manager & Associate Manager) also assists the director in strategic planning, business analysis & leading commercialization projects for the Pharmacy & Wholesaler channel.
Zuellig Pharma Vietnam (ZPV) is a service partner, who helps over 20 Pharmaceutical MNCs ensure a smooth supply of their healthcare products to pharmacy & hospital customers nationwide.
Doing these consistently helps improve client satisfaction, supports both parties in achieving their business goals, & ultimately sustains the long- term partnership between ZPV & our clients.
The business relationship with our clients evolves around teamwork & effective collaboration between ZPV departments & clients. This is where the Client Business Management (CBM) team plays the coordinator role, improving communication & ensuring all stakeholders work together to deliver these services in a timely & quality manner.
The services, which ZPV & our local distributors provide, include importation, warehousing, delivery, quality assurance, IT, service call center, sales order generation, AR collection & other customer services.
Responsibilities:
Client Business Assistant Manager supporting Client Business Manager to perform the following tasks:
Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) between Clients & ZPV departments:
Organize meetings (time, venue & agenda), prepare business review & analysis (including graph, chart & market insights) & summarize presentations from all departments.
Communicate Meeting Minutes to all stakeholders & monitor to ensure action point completion.
Facilitate QBR discussion, clarify issues, record action points in Meeting Minutes, and present the slides (if required).
Business Issues resolution within timeline:
Capture business issues in Client Request Log (which are elevated outside of QBR) & monitor the progress until completion.
Initiate & drive changes in our process to avoid errors happening again.
Evaluate Client satisfaction rating & lead relevant departments to implement improvement plans.
Key Contact Point & Process Clarification:
Develop & maintain quarterly Key Contact list of ZPV departments & clients.
Develop, update key S&OPs & align the process between ZPV & clients.
Actively coordinate with Business Development to help new clients on- board & organize their orientation with all ZPV departments.
Requirements:
Education & Qualification:
University graduate.
English qualification, high score in speaking, writing & listening.
Working Experience:
Demonstrated experiences in leading cross- functional projects.
Prefer having experiences in Customer Service & Operation with considerable understanding of Logistic, Operation & Finance processes.
Solid project management capabilities.
Minimum 3- 5 years.
Strong strategic business planning & marketing analysis experiences.
