Client Liaison ExecutiveUrgent job Family Medical Practice

Client Liaison Executives will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all valued patients, and be proud as a professional, courteous and helpful attitude in all dealings with internal and external customers.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing patient flow.
- Answering customer phone calls.
- Checking I.D papers, insurance membership, and details.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
- Ensuring all information is ready for billing and payment purposes.
- Handling cashier work.
- Making customer appointments.
- Gathering information to complete patient files on the system.
- Translating medical files.
- Checking that patients have all necessary documentation/ reports/ medication, etc. before leaving the clinic.

* EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Having experience in customer relation/ interaction, preferably at foreign service companies or in healthcare industry, hospitals/ clinics with an international environment will be an advantage.
- Holder of a diploma or equivalent degree
* KEY CAPABILITIES & SKILLS:
•Fluency in English, with excellent listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Hard- working, reliable, responsible & accountable.
• Proactive.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
