Client Manager, FINEX

This position will be in charge of supporting FINEX (financial, executives and professional risks) activities development in HCMC (FINEX products including mainly D&O, Cyber, PI, BBB&ECC, M&A) under supervision and guidance of Finex country head. Key industries: Manufacturing, Financial and Banking, Funds, FinTech, TMTs, International Groups
Responsibilities:

Other tasks assigned by the Company
Answer enquiries, consult with and advise clients on risk exposures, coverages and contract issues for assigned accounts ensuring quality of client service and effective handling of clients’ needs
Coordinate with Operation to ensure excellency and compliance of service, with Claim Department to follow- up and update claim settlement to clients, with Accounting Department in premium collection.
Assist WTW brokers/experts and collaborate with relevent parties on presentation of coverage, program structure, risk surveys, loss analyses, seminars/workshops/training for clients.
Develop database of prospects (gathering data, making cold calls, networking…)
Support Finex (financial, executives and professional risks) sale and broking managers in processing sales and broking in HCMC.
Coordinate team for proposals and RFP presentations to clients and prospects
Be responsible for day- to- day client interaction, follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the insurance placement cycle, including but not limit to identifying insurable risks, designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions for the clients; obtaining of quotations; explaining insurance terms/conditions; making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients

Requirements:

Passionate in sales, client fronting, relationship creation
Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
Proactive sale initiatives enabler
Be able to work under pressure, work alone or in a team
University degree or higher
Excellent English and Vietnamese in both written and spoken skills
Ability to self- study and strong analysis skill
From 5 years of experience in insurance/insurance broking, financials/IT/risk management sector
Strong presentation and negotiation, communication and problem- solving skills
