KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
Maintain an updated map of all decision- makers and influencers within each account
Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, proactive manner
Conduct regular check- ins and business reviews to monitor satisfaction and usage
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients after onboarding
Maintain long- term client relationships by ensuring consistent support and follow- up
Growth & Retention
Develop and execute a quarterly account growth plan aligned with client goals
Identify upselling/cross- selling opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team
Collaborate on client renewal strategies and contribute to retention goals
Monitor client health scores and prevent churn
Project Coordination
Identify and mitigate project- related risks before they impact delivery
Liaise with Sales, Design and Production Merchandise teams to ensure smooth project execution
Communicate updates and solutions to clients clearly and promptly
Track project milestones and delivery timelines
Reporting & Feedback
Document all client interactions and maintain up- to- date records
Collect client feedback and contribute to service/process improvements
Share key insights and risks with internal stakeholders
Present monthly/quarterly performance reports to senior leadership
Cross- Functional Leadership
Serve as the client’s voice internally, championing feature requests and service improvements.
Own the hand- off and continuous coordination with Product, Support, and Marketing teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with project coordination and CRM tools is a plus
2–4 years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Service
Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
Client- first mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal, problem- solving, and multitasking skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
