JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with other departments in the company to monitor, support, and listen to the feedback from the company&039;s customers. Quickly communicate and process customer requests through platforms such as Skype, LinkedIn, Email...
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by leader and/or direct manager
- Searching, contacting, making contracts, and taking care of foreign customers.
- Promote and build the company&039;s brand reputation in the hearts of customers.
- Always make sure customers have the best satisfaction with the company.

- Professional presentation and email writing skills in English
- Good health, enthusiasm, and hard work, progressive, dynamic, and diligent.
- English proficiently uses 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. Able to make phone calls to foreign customers. (minimum IELTS 6.0)
- Graduated in (or relevant to) Business Administration / Marketing / Information Technology major; ready to work full- time with us.
- Have basic knowledge of office computers, use Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience: 1 year in similar position (Sale SaaS Platform or Customer Service…)
