Key Responsibilities:
As Clinic Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Da Nang clinic. Core responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve clinic and organizational goals.
- Oversee administrative functions such as facilities, equipment, IT systems, and clinical software.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards.
- Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for clinic staff.
- Identify and build collaboration opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Manage day- to- day operations including staff coordination, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Medical Director, Marketing, HR, Accounting, etc.) to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between the clinic, external partners, and corporate departments.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
- Ensure excellent communication and deliver high- quality customer service to patients.
