To join our dynamic team in Viet Nam, we are currently looking for the below role:
BACKUP ENGINEER

Perform restoration of CI (On- prem or Cloud)
Incident & problem resolution via ticket
Manage the capacity planning & backup application performance.
Provide level 2 support on escalation.
Manage storage appliances (Tape library, Disk or Cloud Storage)
Define and setup backup architecture on- prem and public cloud.
Support the on- call rotation.
Pro- active solution for improvement of the service
Improvement of Backup/ DR solution
Join client call.
Generate report and ensure BACKUP SLA are met.

Must have:

Strong knowledge on Commvault and TSM.
2- 5 years of relevant experience
Proficient with Windows operating systems and Unix:
Understanding of RPO & RTO
Good communication skillin English.
Reading/writing specs, documenting system changes
Experience with cloud solutions (AWS/Alicloud /Azure)
Interpersonal skills proficiency
Innovation mindset
Customer- oriented approach
Basic knowledge on Database: MSSQL/MySQL or Oracle
Good Understanding of network.
Scripting: PowerShell or Terraform

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge about VMware
Technically curious and having analytical skills
BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent
