Job Responsibilities
• Inspect and troubleshoot basic issues related to services on FPT Cloud, including Cloud Server, Network Security Group, VPN site to site, VDI, Database, Kubernetes (K8S), etc.
• Prepare and submit periodic work reports.
• Receive, analyze, and handle technical support requests from customers via ticket systems, group chats, email, and hotline.
• Participate in internal training programs to enhance skills in Cloud, Linux, Networking, and Security.
• Escalate complex issues to the L2/L3 team when necessary.
• Monitor the Cloud system 24/7 using tools such as Grafana, Telegram, Teams, monitoring systems, and auto call.
• Assist customers with tasks such as creating VMs, opening firewall ports, checking system load, and performing backup/restore operations.
Requirements
• Graduated or in the final year of a major in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from a College or University.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot to enhance work efficiency.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat).
• Preferred: Knowledge of Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible).
• Basic understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancer, Firewall, VPN, NAT, VLAN).
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
• Ability to read and understand technical English and respond professionally via email.
• Able to work under high pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing, IaaS, and PaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack, VMware) is preferred.
• Experience in IT system administration is a plus
• Strong problem- solving and logical reasoning skills.
