Club Lounge Manager | Quản lý Club Lounge

Ensure that all Check- in and Check- out of Club Sofitel Team is made line with the standards established;
Take a role to push a target of up- selling on each Club Sofitel Attendant’s performance;
Ensure that all the payment received are accurate with the rate given and increase the hotel revenue tying the upsell the guest who are checking in a tactful manner and in line with the upselling procedures;
Ensure that the team provide F&B service in the Lounge, breakfast, evening cocktail, afternoon tea;
Training all the Club Sofitel Attendant about the guest’s services and high level of quality;
Make and follow up forecast to be sent out to Kitchen and Front Office Manager as daily report for the consumption at Lounge;
Create more the relationship with customers to bring the satisfaction and to have more loyal guests.

HACCP Knowledge is a plus;
Exceptional leadership mindset; ability to coach and mentor others; developing future leaders; guest orientation with eye for details.
Have experiences in a similar position in 5 star luxury international hotel brand in Vietnam;
A degree or diploma in hospitality is advantageous;
Well- presented and professionally groomed at all times;
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint with experience in presenting monthly reports, business plans;
Candidates who are based in Vietnam only.
