Cluster Chief Engineer

Identifies property hazards and safety concerns. Implements the requirement stated Safety and Security Self- Assessment Checklist.
Provides the necessary training to property’s maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operations, proper maintenance, and repair to equipment.
Meets and exceeds expectations employees by utilizing skills and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfactions.
Assist property chief engineers in preparing the Annual Budget and CAPEX requirement. CAPEX requirement are as follows: Equipment requirement, Major repairs and maintenance, Major system modifications.
Takes immediate corrective actions on areas where required to improve on safety.
Recommend and assess energy efficient programs, as well to ensure the implementations and investigate wastage.
Maintains facilities and equipment by conducting regular property inspections to determine the need and extent of service, equipment required, type of operations and maintenance personnel needed.
Any safety concerns must be reported to the CGM.
Assist all property chief engineers in carrying out the preventive maintenance scheme for all equipment, as well as the general building works.

Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other four- year related degree course desired
Must be fluent in English.
