Cluster Import-Export Lead

· Maintain, monitor and publish service performance reports
· Ensure pre-defined booking of material for imports from the suppliers, follow-up and bring in early warning of possible delays
· Manage trade compliance, custom clearance through agents
· Deliver the agreed SLAs for international freight / trade
· Perform of all admin around import and export management activities
· Contribute in identifying and support execution of continuous improvement (CI) opportunities in the areas of expedited freight, demurrage and detention avoidance.
· Ensure and track the compliance to and planned activities for HSSE related topics
· Monitor and publish trade compliance report and timely trigger action from all stake holders – supply planning, finance, custom agents etc
· Supervise personnel, including development of objectives and necessary training; review performance; and recommend salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, hiring and/or disciplinary actions.
· Support in deployment of required digital application including change management / adoption incl training.
· Extensively use freight management system platform to optimize FTE productivity involved in impex activities
· International freight planning and management, international trade management for respective cluster

· Understand import, export and custom clearance
· Being entrepreneurial thinking
· Experience in Digital applications
· Has been exposed to working on international trade – import & export regionally
· Bachelor/master’s degree in SCM/Foreign Trade/Management with 6+ years of experience in Import, Export management
· Analytical & strong stakeholder management skills
