Co-Founder & CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)

As a Co- Founder in charge of Marketing, you will work with the founding team to build the company’s overall growth strategy and operating model. Specifically, you will:
Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and tech solutions.
Directly lead the initial marketing campaigns across branding, social media, events, and digital.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, covering planning, events, social media, and digital campaigns.
Support the CEO in developing the pitch deck and growth strategy.
Lead brand positioning and service strategy tailored to target markets, especially in the tech sectors: AI, Blockchain, etc.
Build, lead, and manage the marketing team from scratch, including content, digital, design, and growth functions.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize budget allocation, and report outcomes with clear metrics.
Yêu cầu công việc
Preferably with a background in Blockchain, AI, SaaS, or experience with tech communities.
Previous experience in a senior leadership role (Head/CMO) at a Marketing Agency or Tech Startup.
Startup mindset: strategic thinking combined with strong hands- on execution.
Existing network and/or experience leading large- scale campaigns is a strong plus.
Proven leadership and team- building skills; ability to inspire and develop others.
Deep understanding of social media, digital marketing, branding, event execution, and influencer/KOL marketing.
