Coating inspector (Based at Vũng Tàu)

• Proactive in advising application and performance related concerns and immediately addressed to external stakeholders in consultation with sales and TS management.
• Provide technical advice and support on company product and services to company customers while complying to the technical parameters/ specification, practices and procedures
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend the right products.
• Ensure reporting guidelines
• Assist in coaching and development of junior staff.
• Delivering the service and product performance through observation, monitoring (of site work), highlighting (to customers, TS managers and sales) and recording (on corporate reporting) on any deviation to the specification execution.
• Analyze problems and implement our coating solutions
• Assist in complaint handling to ensure efficient complaint resolution and timely closure.
• Working with sales team and delivering the agreed level of services to the customers in accordance to the agreement while demonstrating strong customers orientation where customers recognizes the value company services

• NACE 2/3 or FROSIO 2/3.
• Good communication competence in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken, with good reporting skills.
• Self-motivated and well organized.
• Strong customers focus and orientation.
• At least 3 year experience in delivering services or coatings in shipyard’ or shop line or refineries/plant environment either as applicator, yard or paint maker experience
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with MS Office 365
• Able to travel within short notices and without passport restriction.
• The ability to be flexible and operate independently, with a good sense for teamwork.
