● Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure each customer’s experience is unforgettable;
● Deliver the guidance and instruction on how to brew signature Vietnamese coffee based beverages;
● Use the art of storytelling to accompany customers in their journeys to explore Vietnamese coffee and culture;;
Customer Assistance
● Enhance customer’s engagement and experience by actively promoting and selling products or services;
● Understand customers’ needs, address their concerns or complaints (if any);
● Extend warm welcomes, provide insightful menu descriptions and passionately introduce customers to our Lacàph products;
Crafting Coffee Excellence
● Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee related beverages;
● Strictly adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
● Maintain an inviting work environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation;

Must have:
- Fluent in English communication;
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to tell stories and create connections with customers;
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast- paced environment;
Nice to have:
- Passion for Vietnamese coffee and culture, with a genuine desire to share this enthusiasm with others;
- Knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques is nice, not a must, and will be professionally trained.
- Previous experience in a customer- facing role, preferably in coffee/bartending service or a similar hospitality environment;
