Deliver guidance and instruction on how to brew signature Vietnamese coffee- based beverages;
Use the art of storytelling to accompany customers on their journeys to explore Vietnamese coffee and culture;

Customer Assistance

Enhance customer engagement and experience by actively promoting and selling products or services;
Extend warm welcomes, provide insightful menu descriptions, and passionately introduce customers to our Lacàph products;
Understand customers’ needs, address their concerns or complaints (if any);

Crafting Coffee Excellence

Strictly adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee- related beverages;
Maintain an inviting work environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation;

Must have:

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast- paced environment;
Fluent in English communication; with the ability to tell stories and create connections with customers;

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a customer- facing role, preferably in coffee/bartending service or a similar hospitality environment;
Knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques is nice
Passion for Vietnamese coffee and culture, with a genuine desire to share this enthusiasm with others;
