Collection Analyst Supervisor

Strategy:
· Proposing improvement measures for collection quality, developing new collection strategies, and restructuring the department.
· Closely monitor the collection process, identify and predict potential risks or unusal developments in collection, and devise appropriate solutions to minimize risks during the customer collection process.
· Ensure operating in accordance with the approved regulations, policies & procedure.
· Regularly review, update, and supplement internal work processes, regulations, instruction, information systems to keep up with actual circumstances.
Report
· Establish a reporting mechanism and periodic analysis to monitor operations, report collection results of each BU and determine periodic incentives.
· Participate in building an annual collection budget and plan, allocating collection target for each BU to achieve the best collection results.
· Build a reporting and analysis system to update to BOD promptly and contribute to appropriate handling and adjustment of Collection Dept.
Cost management
· Coordinate with functional unit to develop and update a bonus scheme base on collection results for the department, to achieve collection goals with appropriate and effective cost.
· Build a reporting and cost analysis system for the collection department, propose appropriate adjustment and ensure effective operation.
Others
· Undertake other tasks assigned by Line manager.
· Participate in department projects to improve collection operations efficiency as required.

- Education level, certification:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics or finance.

- Experience, Skill:

· At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis or data management.

· Excellent strategic vision and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent data processing and analysis skills.

. Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
