Collection Analytics Officer (6 Months)

Routine/ Ad hoc tasks on Collection portfolio management (80%):
• Coordinate with other related functions to implement strategic changes (Collection Policy) in Collection Operation. (10%)
• Understand and conduct ad- hoc and on- going analysis/tests related to Collection strategies, Policies and Collection performance. (10%)
• Interpret data, analyze results using Excel (SAS/ SQL using is a plus) and provide on- going reports. Together with other team members, regularly execute Incentive/ Contest/ Accrual calculation and Fee payout. (20%)
• Regularly monitor the Collection Performance and Cost tracking. (20%)
• Prepare documents related to Collection Policies (Incentive scheme/ Contest/ Allocation memo...). (10%)
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities / forecasting trends and raising alerts when necessary. (10%)
Self- development and other(s): (20%)
• Comply with SVFC&039;s regulations and Collection policy. (10%)
• Self- trained and join in SVFC&039;s training courses for self- development, apply in daily works. (10%)

. Qualification
• BS or BA/ College in Finance, Statistics/Math, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
Work Experience
• 1- 2+ years related work experience in Banking and Financial Institutions.
• Experience and knowledge of consumer financing industry and collection as a preferred.
Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Excel, strong analytical skills and practical experience working with large datasets with SAS and/or SQL knowledge, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Having knowledge of SAS, Oracle, SPSS, R is a plus.
Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure in a performance- oriented environment and can handle multi- task, detail- oriented to perform tasks quickly and efficiently, able to work independently.
• Good analytical skills, good at visualizing, communication skill, strong and detailed in numbers, fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
