Job Purpose

The job holder responsible for ensure the excellent completion of the debt collection quality plan on the Collection's management portfolio, in
accordance with the strategy, targets, and budget, and flexibly change to match the overall scale and development strategy of Techcombank from time to
time, and at the same time, building, organizing, operating and developing professional and effective debt collection management.
- Propose and implement methods to improve operations, in order to ensure service quality commitments (SLAs), debt collection targets and risk-debt
ratio goals are assigned to each period and comply with Techcombank's responsibilities for operational risks and regulations of the Law.

Key Accountabilities
1. Main job responsibilities:
- Follow and control Collection Center's debt portfolio and support debt collection operations under the processing stream according to procedures,
regulations and operational guidelines to ensure the debt recovery rate following each periodical collection plan/strategy.
- Coordinate with parties such as Risk Management Division, CA, AMC, Internal Security... in developing toolkits, sets of standards to measure debt
recovery rates, and coordinate to complete legal and policy issues related to debt collection by product and process.
- Coordinate with the Finance Division to develop the plan budget and operating costs.
- Coordinate with the Risk Management Division to develop a debt management strategy in line with the Bank's strategy.
- Propose and guide the implementation of debt recovery measures to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the Collection Function.
- Develop internal guiding documents, organize training and communication on the system of internal documents; policies and systems at the Collection
Center and training to improve debt recovery skills.
- Support Senior Manager and Manager of Collection Support to build organizational structure, personnel, training activities and quality management,
mechanisms and policies to inspect and control the implementation of collection activities ensuring the effective debt collection and management, in
compliance with Techcombank's regulations.
- In charge of office administrative tasks to support the activities of Collection Center.
- Prepare operational reports, analysis reports and management reports per request of Senior Manager/ Manager of Collection Support.
- Implement QA/QC Debt collection to control and improve the quality of debt collection activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Manager/ Manager of Collection Support.

2. Risk management and compliance:
- Identify risks and proactively report to management.
- Implement and enforce risk prevention/reduction measures
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines...
- Closely coordinate with the CA, CFM department in detecting violations and warning of risk factors to credit quality.


3. Personnel management:
- Ensure full participation and completion of training courses, development and implementation of the annual CDP
- Continuously improve professional skills.
Organizational cultural work:
- Ensure to actively participate in organizational cultural activities of the department and the Bank.
- Ensure correct and complete implementation of organizational culture implementation plans; Understand and consistently apply organizational cultural
values and behavioral norms.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 03 years of experience related to credit activities, debt collection of the Bank.
- Understanding of commercial banking credit system
- Professional knowledge (law, economics, banking, etc.)
- Knowledge of laws related to corporate law
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or Lawyer Major: Law, Finance or related fields
- English level: Bank's regulation
