Collection Trainer - Up To 20.000.000 - HCM

OVERVIEW
Responsible for training collectors and team leaders of Collections department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training activity:
Responsible for evaluating our needs related to Collection members performance and achievement
Delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as modules and guides. Develop digital and print training material (e.g. videos and manuals) according to training plan/ program required
Schedule yearly, monthly training plan
Conduct skill/ advanced training courses for call center agents or Supervisors and above
Identify training needs by evaluating skills gap among the collection agents
Deliver training implementation for collection to ensure collection training needs are delivered and fulfilled
Managing people:
Motivating members to reach the goals and be better version of themself
Maintain a good teamwork atmosphere between members at every cycle
Reporting:
Create, execute and report result of training satisfaction survey
Provide feedback to improve training program
Create and implement all kinds of training reports

Passionate, enthusiastic, good at speech, and always be positive
Ability to analyze skills gap among the collection agents
Additional certification in training is a plus
Experienced in modul training writing
2 - 3 years experience in managing training team for Collection call center or related field of call center
Have a good knowledge about collection
Must be fluent in English
Experience in establishing and delivering training process for >100 people organization scaled
Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills
