GENERAL
• Consolidate and submit monthly report to Board of Management.
• In-charge of day-to-day running of training programmes of the designated Campus / entity.
• Be a Committee of Academic for Pegasus International College system, maintain the overall consistency of implemented programmes and develop new academic programmes which response well to students / corporate’s demand and Management’s direction.
• Lead College Campus with College Principal / General Manager / Deputy General Manager with the sole objective to increase revenues via student enrolments.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
• Represent Pegasus International College in Danang for meetings with authorities’, inspections, etc.
• Assist College Principal to lead and prepare dossiers and applications for licenses of new programmes, develop college academic policies / procedures and revise timely (eg. training regulations, student handbook, student evaluation policy, etc.)
• Maintain and update policies from MOLISA / DOLISA or international partner’s compliance, accreditation standards and ensure Academic staff adhere to guidelines
• Oversee compliance and reports to local related authorities under guidance by the College Principal
Work with College Principal and oversee Danang campus on the following but is not limited to:
TEACHING AND LEARNING
• Implementation of efficient and effective teaching and learning policies, procedures and strategies
• Establish necessary structures and quality controls to ensure that the academic programmes are relevant and meet the need of Industry.
• Conduct periodic checks on programme delivery to ensure staff adhere to curriculum guidelines and quality expectation.
• Review, select, edit and prepare textbooks, teacher and learner’s guides, assessment materials for courses.
• Overall planning, development, renewal, changing and accreditation of academic programmes to ensure meaningful academic outcomes, learning objectives, quality, effectiveness and financially viability.
• Review the Academic Programmes and provide feedback for improvement.
• Carry out some teaching components.
ACADEMIC STAFF MANAGEMENT
• Develop yearly and long-term staff planning that are align with programmes delivery, enrollment, and customized projects for external clients.
• Be a mentor to train and coach staff
• Observe and evaluate Academic staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train full-time and part-time teachers on the implementation of programmes at least three times per year, especially, at Advanced Diploma level.
MARKETING AND STUDENTS’ RECRUITMENT
• Work with Marketing Team on training products and guide them on the selling points.
• Review and advise on the content of brochures, banners, flyers and Pegasus website.
• Provide support and initiate ideas / plans with Sales and Marketing team to recruit, retain and increase student enrolments.
• Deliver recruitment talks to Schools, Colleges / Universities, Hotels and Hospitality Companies as well as promote image of Pegasus College image and brand.
CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP AND TRAINING
• Collaborate with international or local universities / institutions to develop joint programmes, university pathways or study tours for students.
• Overall planning and monitoring the implementation of the corporate training to ensure the quality delivery.
• Initiate and manage corporate training to win corporate contracts with support from Sales and Marketing team.
• Foster cohesive and effective working relationships with professional organizations, articulation partners, business and industry and other relevant organisations
FINANCE
• Responsible to prepare the yearly budget for various academic courses including but not limited to student’s training materials, etc.
• Manage cost effectiveness and strategies to increase profitability of academic courses.
