Color Development & Finishing Manager

· Develop colors according to customer requests.
· Link substrate specification, quality and variance to cost, shade- band and system sheet.
· Work with QA to set material standards based on finishes
· Work with chemical suppliers to inform of ongoing issues and find solutions
· Visible panel scheduling for production and CS
· Make/development Panel Sets/ Sample Panel sets/ Production panel sets
· Optimize for repeatability and cost
· Ensure timely compleation of panel refresh tasks from Panel Management team
· Determine customer requirements to look and quality.
· Initial Fix BOM 0 for sample
· Handover chemical consuption calculations to costing Handover skill to sample carcass and finishing team
· Look at optimizing system sheets for easy repeatability
· Update BOM 1 following sample notes
· Handover and support to sample team
· Calculate system sheet chemical usage per sqm with waist percentages for small surfaces like legs etc
· Include substrate reasonable variance
· Include quality requirements
· Make system sheets and work instruction
· Include material yield and chemical costs
· Manage customer development in a timely manner

- Years of Experience: minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Education: Bachelor
- Personal Characteristics: Most be a confident and able Man- Manager with proven ability to drive/ control/ discipline and manage a production workforce
- Foreign Language: English
- Computer Skill: Office software
